Our online store is open 24/7 and we ship items from Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend so any orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

New Zealand

NZ Standard Shipping: $8.00 (2-3 business days)

Rural Shipping: $13.00

Bulky Item Shipping: + $10.00 on Shipping 

Free shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $150.00 

We always try to have your orders packed and sent within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on a Friday will be sent on a Monday. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for rural addresses. When your order has been collected by our courier you will receive an email with tracking information.

International Shipping

Australia

We offer two options for shipping to Australia.

Option 1: FREE shipping for orders of $180AU.

Option 2: The second option is via NZ/Australia Post. This is a tracked option with a starting rate of $25, depending on weight, excluding oversized items. The standard delivery time is 7-10 business days.

All Other Countries

If you are ordering from outside of NZ or Australia, please contact us for a shipping rate.

In Store Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse location, Orewa, Auckland. After placing an order and selecting pick-up, your order will be ready for collection within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email from us with our address and pick up instructions.

The best pick up time will be arranged between the buyer and the seller.

Missing Parcel

Please email us once your parcel is outside of the delivery timeframe from when you received your shipping notification. You need to count business days from the day following your shipping notification. Once the maximum timeframe has passed, your order has possibly gone missing. We will help to lodge a query with the courier company and they will conduct their own investigation that can take up to 48/72 hours. Once confirmed as lost we will be able to offer you a store credit or full refund.
